You should get the following box.  Type in your e-mail as follows: mailto:yourname@asparis.org and select OK.

You will now have an active link for e-mail that will be posted to your web page when it is loaded on the server.

Now, do the same thing for "school,"
except put in http://www.asparis.org in the dialog box after you have 
Next, you are going to insert a picture of yourself (which should be either a .gif or .jpg file) that you have loaded in the same directory.

You can either type the file name for the picture or browse to it with 

You will have to change the file type at the bottom to show all files or image files
to see the gif or jpg files in your directory.
 

Find the file and select it. After you have completed this function, your page should look like this:

If you wish to put a graphic on your page, you can collect graphics you want (jpg or gif) and save them to the directory. Then you can select the image you want with the Image icon
